Welcome to the Best Version of YOU
We’ve been creating and focusing on Future You in a couple of my group programmes recently.
Who’s that?
It’s the version of you that you want to become. The best version of you, if you like, with all that limiting belief/thought ‘baggage’ or brain clutter removed.
That doesn’t mean that ‘current you’ is not good enough. Oh, no.
But we all aspire to have something different in our lives, right? Whether it’s more balance, more collaboration, more confidence, more family time.
And sometimes (often) the little things – done consistently – make the biggest difference.
Here’s a question to get you thinking about this for yourself. What would the best version of you want YOU to do today? When you can answer that question, you start to embody – today – the version of you that you want to become.
Here’s a good question to start your Future You journey.
‘Imagine you and I meeting up for a drink in 6 months’ time. You’re beaming because you want to tell me about all the great things that have happened over that time. What will you tell me?’
Answer that question and you’re on the way.
‘Lynn’, you say – ‘I am…..’ ‘I have…..’
Fill in the words and go. And if you want to share your answers with me, I’d love to read them (and will respond to you personally, too).
